Morpho Lodge

Positive: Superbe logement au milieu de la canopée. Zayro est un hôte exceptionnel, il est adorable compétent et serviable à souhait. Les logements sont suffisamment séparés les uns des autres et la piscine est très agréable. Vous pouvez voir de nombreux oiseaux depuis votre lodge et si vous avez un peu de chances des singes araignées. Logement à recommander à 1000%. Negative: Rien à partager peut être la route un peu compliquée sur 4 kms.

Enestående Positive: Maze Lodge er et helt særligt lille sted, gemt væk midt inde i junglen. Hvis du søger ro, nærvær og masser af dyreliv, så er dette stedet. Aberne hopper rundt i træerne lige uden for døren, og naturen er konstant nærværende på den smukkeste måde. Stemningen er fredfyldt, stedet er unikt, og menneskene bag er utroligt søde og imødekommende. En ekstra stor tak til Zayro, som altid møder én med et stort smil, er hjælpsom og får én til at føle sig mere end velkommen. Positive: We planned to stay for two nights but ended up staying five. This place is absolutely worth the bumpy road that leads to it - a road that may furrow a few brows among guests. You just need to drive carefully; we managed fine with a 4x4 that had lower ground clearance. With a vehicle with bigger wheels and higher clearance, the road would be a breeze. The room was clean and fresh with a natural, minimalist design that we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious enough. There's a nice spot for workouts, which I enjoyed - the views during my ashtanga sessions were stunning. And then there's the jungle, everywhere, which we absolutely loved: the embracing roars of howler monkeys, the whirring wings of hummingbirds, the toucans. I appreciated how secluded the place is, far from the buzzing world. Zayro, Alexander, and Frida were wonderful hosts - genuinely eager to take care of us and always ready to help. They also offer various tours in the jungle. Negative: There's a barbecue on the terrace, which we used, but the kitchen doesn't have proper grilling utensils, so we made do with regular forks. It wasn't a big inconvenience, but it would be nice to have a proper barbecue set ready to use. The pool loungers are quite sturdy and have no cushions or padding, which makes them a bit uncomfortable for longer relaxation. But I understand it's probably not practical to use fabric in such a humid jungle environment - anything left out would likely get damp and musty in a while.

Positive: Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Weg ist ein Erlebnis aber mit einem hohen Auto machbar. Negative: Die Liegen am Pool sind etwas unbequem da wären Auflagen sehr hilfreich. Auch so einfache Sachen wie ein Kochlöffel oder Pfannenwender wären in der Küche hilfreich.

Positive: Schöne, ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht. Wir konnten vom Bett aus Tukane beobachten und haben drei verschiedene Affenarten gesehen. Ein wunderschönes Naturerlebnis!
